Annual Meeting:

The date and time of the Annual Meeting is always published in advance in the Brainerd Dispatch or Lakes Country Echo newspaper. The NEXT Annual Meeting date is set for the second Tuesday of March starting at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall on Red Oak Road.

Board Fire Meeting:

One of the elected Supervisors attends the quarterly meetings of the fire departments that support Pelican Township.  An update is provided at the Pelican Township’s next meeting.

Road Inspection Meeting:

The Road Inspection Meeting is at the Town Hall on Red Oak Road.  The road inspection takes place in the first quarter of the year, and the Supervisors assess the condition of the roads in the township for improvements.  These improvements are included in the township road planning and budgeting for the next fiscal year.

Election:

Township & General Election (BY MAIL-NOT AT TOWN HALL): November 3, 2026.

Board of Canvas:

Is held in November, after the election. (Date and time will post prior to this event).

Monthly Meetings:

Monthly meetings are the second Tuesday of each month unless that day is a federal holiday. The meetings start at 7:00 P.M.
